Mee Krob

fideos fritos crujientes fideos, camarones y pollo tierno, todo cubierto de una maravillosa salsa de dulce y amargo.

Mee Krob es normalmente un aperitivo o plato, sino que hace y excelente plato también.

Esta receta servir a dos personas como plato principal con algunas sobras.

2 cucharadas de salsa de pescado
2 cucharadas de salsa de soja
3 cucharadas de jugo de limón
3 cucharadas de vinagre
1 / 4 taza de azúcar morena
1 / 4 taza de jugo de naranja
de aceite - para freír
6 oz de arroz se pega
2 huevos - ligeramente batido
2 chalotas medio - en rodajas
