Espesar salsas

El uso de un manier beurre es un método popular para espesar una salsa sin tener que hacer un roux o el uso de una base de salsa blanca.

Para hacer manier beurre:

1 libra de harina
1 libra de mantequilla sin sal en la habitación de temperatura

1. Deje que la mantequilla llegado a temperatura ambiente.

2. Añadir la harina y amasar en ella con una cuchara de madera.

El uso inmediato o envolver en plástico y guárdelas en el refrigerador.
