Quick Chocolate Mint Frosting

To make a very quick, yet delicious chocolate mint frosting for your brownies, try this simple trick.

Cook brownies (boxed or homemade) according to directions. Remove from oven and while still hot, sprinkle with a bag of chocolate peppermint patties.

Let the patties sit a few minutes until softened. With an offset spatula, spread the chocolate over the brownies to cover.

Let stand until brownies are cooled and frosting has set. Cut into bars as desired.
