If your bread rises and then falls (also called a cratered loaf), try any of the following adjustments next time you make the recipe.
* Decrease water or milk by 2 Tablespoon
* Increase salt by 1/4 teaspoon
* Decrease yeast by 1/2 teaspoon
-Flour, too fine or
-Ingredients not measured properly.
