What is pumpkin pie spice?

Pumpkin Pie Spice

Make your own pumpkin pie spice now for all your upcoming
holiday baking. Its got many uses!

1/4 cup Ground cinnamon
1 Tablespoon Ground ginger
2 teaspoons Ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon Ground allspice
1 teaspoon Ground cloves

Makes a scant 1/2 cup

Add 1 tbsp. per pie to pumpkin pie filling.
