All-purpose flour can be substituted for cake flour by
measuring the flour and then removing 2 tablespoons from
each cup used.
Add 2 tablespoons cornstarch for every 2 tablespoons flour you removed.
In other words, add 2 Tablespoons per cup of cornstarch.
