For an unusual combination, this recipe of carrots, mushrooms and rosemary is wonderful.
12 carrots, peeled and sliced diagonally
8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 Tablespoon Rosemary
1/4 cup of Butter
Place all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer; covered until tender, about 7-10 minutes.
