Buttered bread crumbs
Egg(s)
Salt
Pepper

Butter muffin tin and line with buttered bread crumbs.
Break egg in carefully, sprinkle with salt and
pepper, and cover with more buttered crumbs. Place muffin tin in a pan filled with water and bake at 325
until white is firm.
