Tip of the Week

This pleasantly colored dipping sauce is excellent for steamed artichokes or other crudite of your choosing.

2 Tablespoons yogurt
1 Tablespoon mayonnaise (or sour cream)
1 Tablespoon grated Parmesan
1/2 Tablespoon chopped scallion
1/2 Tablespoon chopped chives
1/2 Tablespoon dry sherry
1/8 teaspoon turmeric
Dash of lemon juice, to taste

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl; mix well.
2. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
