How to I make large batches of cookies?

Big Batch Baking

When making large batches of cookies, save time
by getting batches ready on large pieces of parchment paper.

When one batch comes out of the oven, simply slip paper off the baking sheet with the cooked cookies and replace it with a new batch of unbaked cookies on a prepared sheet.

Fabulous idea, I am jealous not to have thought of it myself. I bake several large batches of cookie at time. and the loading and unloading takes up the most time. Thanks, this tip will speed up things considerably not only with uncooked but also sliding the cooked off cookies onto a cooling tray! Thanks again.
