Tip of the Week

This is more of a dessert than anything else - wonderful for a special occasion.
Strawberries and Champagne make excellent partners!


1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
2 cups chilled champagne
1/2 cup fresh strawberries

Place all the ingredients in a blender and puree. Place the
mixture in the freezer and freeze until mushy. Pour into stemmed glasses and
serve.
