The following is a menu that I`ve developed for clients who`ve had me prepare a Chinese New Year`s Feast for the past three years.

I haven`t included the various dishes that are symbolic to this celebration, but rather those that taste delicious ~ prepare all of these, or just a few, for guests or for yourself, you won`t be sorry.
