A refreshing smoothie with a slight tang from the kiwi fruit. This recipe will make 2 one cup servings.
1 cup fresh strawberries
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 medium kiwi fruit, peeled
1 cup ice cubes or crushed ice
2 fresh strawberries for garnish
1.Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
2. Garnish with a strawberry before serving.

no. sugar can make it unhealthy and its more likely to NOT taste right. you could put it in if you want but it will mess up the texture a lil'.
