This marinade is especially good on poultry or vegetables. To get the full flavor of the Tarragon, marinate overnight.
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup champagne wine vinegar
1/2 cup white wine
2 Tablespoons fresh tarragon -- chopped
salt and pepper -- to taste
Combine all ingredients in a measuring cup and whisk together.
