Cranberry & Orange Relish1 package fresh cranberries (4 cups) 1 whole orange, cut into pieces 1 1/2 cups sugar (more as needed) 8 ounces pecans, chopped Place cranberries and orange in a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Pulse until desired texture is reached. (This should not be a puree, but rather a coarse texture.) Add sugar and nuts and refrigerate overnight.
