Tarragon Blue Cheese DipA modern twist on an old classic, this dip is great with crudite or crispy chicken wings. Tarragon Blue Cheese Dip 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup sour cream 4 ounces blue cheese -- crumbled 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until well combined and cheese is no longer in lumps. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve with chicken wings or veggies.
