Generally all canapes have some type of garnish or decoration
Cut small designs using a paring knife of sharp cutter from
any of the following to use in decorating cold canapes.
Carrot slices, green pepper, pimiento.
You can also slice stuffed olives, tiny pickled onions,
or gherkin pickles and place on top of the canape as desired.
