Are these potatoes still good?

Green Potatoes?

Potatoes with green patches on them haven't gone bad.
They have, however, been exposed to direct sunlight.

To use the potatoes, simply cut off the green portions as they
are somewhat bitter. Proceed as normal; peel,cook,eat.
