How do I Make Creme Fraiche?

Making Creme Fraiche

To make Creme Fraiche, mix together 1 cup heavy (35% fat) cream and
1 Tablespoon of buttermilk.

Cover, and let rest for a minimum of 12 hours. Then place it in the
refrigerator to thicken until desired consistency is reached.
