Can I freeze bars?

Freezing Bars

Bar type cookies are an excellent make ahead dessert as they store very well.

Once bars are completely cooled, place a piece of waxed paper in an airtight container.
Fill with bars, separating each layer with a piece of waxed paper.
Cover top with tin foil, then the container lid and freeze for up to 3 months.

Allow bars to sit at room temperature for about 2 hours to defrost.
