Tip of the Week

Homemade cocktail sauce has a much nicer taste than store bought and itīs so simple to make.
1 1/2 cups ketchup
1/2 cup fresh horseradish, peeled & finely grated
2 Tablespoons lemon juice

Grate horseradish on the finest holes of your grater or shred finely in your food processor.

Combine all ingredients and let sit for one day to meld flavors.
