Tip of the Week

These Creme de Menthe brownies are very rich; and very delicious.

1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 can Hershey´s chocolate syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Mix and spread in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.

2 cups powdered sugar
2 Tablespoons Creme de Menthe (plus more if needed)
few drops green food coloring

Mix and spread over slightly warm cake. Let set.

6 ounces chocolate chips
6 Tablespoons butter

Melt together. Spread on top. Cool and cut into tiny squares.
