Crudite Platter: Various seasonal vegetables served with 3 dips, Roasted Garlic, Fresh Herb Dip, & Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Mediterranean Platter: Hummus, Eggplant Caviar, Tzatziki, Taramasalta served with homemade Spicy Pita Chips

Anitpasto Platter: Marinated Olives, Artichoke Hearts & Mushrooms, Roasted Red Pepper, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Bocconcini, served with fresh crusty bread slices

Pate Platter: Homemade Country Pate, Seafood Pate, Tri Colored Vegetable Pate

Cheese Platter: Marinated Chevre, Homemade Boursin, Liptauer Cheese Spread

Shrimp Platter served with Fresh Cocktail Sauce and Mustard Tarragon Sauce

Bread/Crackers: Puff Pastry Straws, Spicy Cheddar crackers and assorted Breads

Sweet Platter: offer a small selection of bars; Butterbrickle, Lemon, Raspberry or Apricot Coconut are a few options.
