Tip of the Week

Chives have a wonderful delicate "onion like" flavor, but unlike the onion this plant is a perrenial and is most often
planted in with the herb garden.

Chives can be used in salads, dips, soups, pasta, bread dough and much more.

As an added bonus, mature Chive plants also present a wonderful show of light purple pom pom flowers adding a little splash of color to even the smallest of herb gardens.
